About the Client:

For our Client – a multinational professional services company from Austria, we are looking for a qualified Senior React Native Developer (6+ years of experience) with a good knowledge of English to join our team.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer based in Poland to join our Client to develop an exciting, innovative, and high-growth FinTech platform.

Your Tasks:

Design, develop, maintain mobile apps and other frontend related web-services, ensuring effective integration across various technology platforms.

Design and implement improvements to architecture and tooling layer to ensure more efficient product delivery and high maintainability of the systems

Collaborate with the team to guide development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Identify and resolve application issues, especially those related to external and internal API interactions, and promptly address feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate effectively with design, product, and engineering teams to assist in the implementation of product features and enhancements.

Conduct code and design reviews, adhering to software development best practices and incorporating feedback for continuous skill enhancement.

Develop software in accordance with established coding standards, processes, and industry best practices, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Actively contribute to the improvement of development processes, suggesting and implementing effective solutions and enhancements.

Your qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years in mobile-app development.

At least 4 years working with React Native, including familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries.

Practical knowledge of unit testing using Jest and React Native Testing Library.

Experience with native Android development

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams (front-end, back-end, PM, design, QA) to deliver products.

Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Ability to write clean, readable and testable code.

Excellent written and spoken English
