About the Client:

For our Client – a multinational professional services company from Austria, we are looking for a qualified Mid React Native Developer (4+ years of experience) with a good knowledge of English to join our team.

About the role
We are looking for a Mid React Native Developer based in Poland to join our Client to develop an exciting, innovative, and high-growth FinTech platform.

Your Tasks:

Develop, and maintain mobile apps, ensuring effective integration across various technology platforms.

Collaborate with the team to guide development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Identify and resolve application issues, especially those related to external and internal API interactions, and promptly address feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate effectively with design, product, and engineering teams to assist in the implementation of product features and enhancements.

Participate in code and design reviews, adhering to software development best practices and incorporating feedback for continuous skill enhancement.

Assist in translating business needs into technical tasks and strategies, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Engage in problem-solving to address design and technical challenges, while being open to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies.

Develop software in accordance with established coding standards, processes, and industry best practices, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Be proactive in learning new software technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Actively contribute to the improvement of development processes, suggesting and implementing effective solutions and enhancements.

Your qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years in mobile-app development.

At least 2 years working with React Native, including familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries.

Practical knowledge of unit testing using Jest and React Native Testing Library.

Ability to write clean, readable and testable code.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams (front-end, back-end, PM, design, QA) to deliver products.

Experience in TypeScript.

Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Excellent written and spoken English

Proactive, with a strong sense of teamwork.
