About the Client:

For our Client – a German company from the healthcare sector, we are looking for a qualified Technical Project Manager/ PMO (Mid or Senior) with good knowledge of English to join our IT team.

About the role


Supporting the Chief Product Officer in conceptual and strategic tasks, in particular in resource and budget planning as well as change management for the Group-wide realignment of the digital product area. The focus of the group-wide organization is on product management and the development strategy of our digital and high-quality solutions, as well as their rapid development and implementation of best-in-class processes. The increased bundling of know-how and competencies of the entire group will not only be beneficial for our customers and suppliers, it will also differentiate us from our competitors. One example is our efforts to use the data we collect in our purchasing companies (GPOs) and consulting activities to create new products and services for our customers.

Your Tasks:

Support implementation processes, business cases/opportunity reviews for roadmap planning and prioritization

Support for the introduction of processes, budget planning/resource planning vs. EBITDA targets and necessary functionalities to achieve them in subsidiaries

Setting up and implementing the KPI system, tracking the KPIs and working with the teams to independently set up and implement measures based on the KPIs

Organization and implementation of architecture, requirements and planning workshops and internal team meetings, including the preparation and follow-up of materials and the recording of results as well as the follow-up of the action items

Daily coaching and support of the teams/team leads for the independent assumption of responsibility geared towards the achievement of goals

Establish and implement documentation standards and work with teams to self-organize and incorporate updates into standard processes

Conducting workshops, preparing presentations and reports for the transformation of the product area as part of change management

Analysis and comparison of development and operational processes with proposals for measures

Your qualifications:

Min. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a management consultancy, e.g. in the healthcare sector

Experience in the development of digital products and software solutions, as well as in the definition of a digital product portfolio

Experience in efficient data preparation and presentation, as well as ideally in the construction of complex data models

Affinity for eCommerce topics and interest in market trends, online stores and business models of the digital industry is an advantage

Experience in product and project management (conception, planning, control)

High IT affinity

High degree of initiative and quality awareness as well as a structured and independent way of working and the personal ambition to design products and contribute ideas
