For our Client – a multinational professional services company from Austria, we are looking for a qualified Scrum Master/ Agile Coach with a good knowledge of English to join our team.

About the role

Supporting the team to work without impediments

Supporting the team members to better work together

Working with the team to define / coordinate the development process

Ensuring the development process is executed as defined (ready to develop, all dev artifacts produced, refinements done 

Monitoring the processes and teams (work on KPIs, OKRs) 

Being responsible for 2 squads (5 employees each)

What you need:

Fluency in English, with strong communication skills

Min 3 years experience as a Scrum Master for a virtual team

Agile Proficiency: strong understanding and application of agile methodologies for efficient product development.

Taking the process seriously – having a strict view on it / defending the process

Scrum Master certificate

Nice to have: a developer background
