Technical Business Analyst/ Project Manager

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team and support a long-term credit transformation program in the banking sector. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of the credit and mortgage transformation program.

Your Tasks:

Conduct functional analysis for credit and mortgage streams, including gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Manage project timelines, resources, and dependencies in accordance with Agile methodologies.

Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalation when necessary.

Demonstrate proactiveness and autonomy in driving project initiatives forward, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and key metrics.

Your qualifications:

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

Availability to work from 9:00 to 19:00, with flexibility as needed to accommodate project requirements.

Familiarity with risk management principles and practices in the banking sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Nice to have: Proficiency in German or Italian languages, experience in banking in Germany
