Your Tasks:

Develop and enhance web applications using CSS (with a focus on SASS), JavaScript, and HTML, ensuring high performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Lead the integration and adaptation of large, complex design systems into web development projects, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital interfaces while accommodating specific requirements of the banking industry.

Engage in the design process with UI/UX designers, providing technical insights on feasibility and suggesting enhancements to elevate the user experience (Figma, Zeplin)

Proactively maintain and refine existing web applications, resolving issues, integrating new features and continually enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Ensure strict adherence to web accessibility standards and principles, making web content accessible to users with diverse abilities.

Work within an agile development environment, using tools such as Scrum and Jira.

Communicate with, present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the CREALOGIX and customer organizations

Contribute to the creation and upkeep of comprehensive documentation on front-end development practices, standards, and guidelines, aiding in the seamless onboarding of new team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Your qualifications:

Proficiency in HTML, proven expertise in CSS Styling with an in-depth understanding of the SASS preprocessor and JavaScript

Basic to intermediate proficiency in JavaScript with a working knowledge of the React framework

Demonstrated experience in implementing complex design systems within web projects, showcasing the ability to maintain consistency across various components and platforms while adhering to established brand guidelines and design tokens.

Demonstrated ability to work closely with UI/UX design teams, providing technical feedback and ensuring the technical feasibility of designs

Proficient in working within agile development environments, utilizing Scrum and Jira.

Thorough understanding of responsive web design (RWD) principles and best practices.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
