About the role:

You will work as a Business Analyst for client’s market unit Business Banking

You will develop innovative solutions for online and mobile banking and support leading banks in the design and development of their digital channels

Working closely with project management, you will strengthen financial brands by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions that provide added value to the customer

You will analyze complex customer requirements (e.g. in workshops with our customers) and develop concepts that can be implemented in software

You need tools like JIRA and Confluence to document and manage requirements.

You will act as a technical advisor and help the customers configure solutions to support their processes

You will work closely with an international team to ensure an economical and high-quality software product with the fastest possible time-to-market

You will advise banks on new trends and regulatory requirements

What you need:

Preferably 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar position, e.g. as a product owner, business consultant or application manager

Nice to have: University degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable

Strong interest and knowledge of digitalization in the banking or financial services environment (experience with development banks is a plus)

Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and structured way of working.

Experience with agile projects and methods such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage
