About [ The Role]
We’re now looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team and drive the design and development of enterprise-grade applications for our client.
In this role, you’ll shape the technical architecture, lead development best practices, and ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of complex .NET solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into robust, efficient, and maintainable systems — ensuring scalability, reliability, and technical excellence at every stage.
Your Tasks
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade .NET solutions for our Client.
- Conduct an architecture assessment as a foundation for the client’s future platform strategy
- Define and implement development best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and code quality
- Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring seamless integration between architecture, development, and deployment phases.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to align technology decisions with business goals
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET stacks — especially ASP.NET Core, MVC, and MVVM frameworks.
- Deep understanding of application architecture and design principles across public, private, and hybrid environments.
- Strong grasp of DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from planning to deployment and release.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms and modern deployment strategies.
- Track record of technical leadership in roles such as Development Lead, Head of Development, or Software Architect.
- Excellent communication skills — confident in both business and technical discussions.
- Fluency in German (nice to have) and English (required).
