About the role
For our Client – a multinational professional services company from Austria, we are looking for a qualified Tech Lead/ Senior Java Developer with a good knowledge of English to join our team. 

Your Tasks:

Collaborating with a team of developers and stakeholders to analyse requirements and design solutions 

Leading and coaching the team of developers (3-4 engineers) – around 20% of tasks 

Developing and maintaining Java Spring programs – around 80% of tasks 

Performing unit testing and assist with integration and system testing 

Working on a new project – FinTech application made from scratch  

Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures as required 

Your qualifications:

Fluency in English

Java Spring Boot experience 

Experience with Microservices in Banking 

Some knowledge about React and Javascript 

Very good communication skills 

Experience in leading other engineers 

Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
