Requirements:

3 years (or more) of experience working with ServiceNow

Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and maintenance

Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems

Experience with ServiceNow products IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM)

Experience with ServiceNow modules Discovery (ITOM) and Service Mapping (ITOM)

Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs

Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management processes and related technologies

Good communication skills

Good presentation skills

Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS, or ReactJS

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX

Experience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with other systems such as LDAP, SSO, Active Directory, MS Teams, Slack, Defender, SCCM

Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and maintenance tasks such as performing upgrades and patching

Knowledge of strategic product management (SPM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

Agile methodology and project management

Experience with ServiceNow mid Server and orchestration
