Currently we are looking for a Test Manager/ QA Lead with German skills, located in Poland. 

What You Need:

At least 3 years experience as QA Lead or Test Manager

Fluent in German and English

ISTQB certificate

Agile process understanding

Knowledge about integrating QA activities on different level into cross-functional teams

Knowledge about different test frameworks for test automation on different test levels

Experience in implementing test strategies across different teams

Deep knowledge in setting up Agile Quality Assurance teams as well as integrating single QA resources into cross-functional agile teams

Deep knowledge in creating test plans and guide QA people in creating manual and automated test cases

Experience in prioritization and risk-based analysis of test activities

A plus is:

Knowledge in test management with Test Rail

Experience with Selenium and Selenide

Practical knowledge in the banking and financial sector

About this role:

As QA Manager/ QA Lead you need to understand the customer needs when it comes to quality assurance processes, test plans, test data and test architecture and transfer these requirements into small pieces.

You will coordinate resources from QA and define, decide the assignment to Customer Implementation Services.

You need a good and wide technical understanding, knowhow about QA architectural issues (framework) as well as expertise in testing itself.

You need to understand different client requirements / needs (in German) and based on your experience you should discuss with the Head of QA, which QA resource might fit / is available.

You will also contribute to testing and technologies used – but more from a strategical perspective.

Besides this, the role understands itself as team player and syncs regularly with the Head of QA, Test Architects and QA people like Agile Testers, Test Automation Engineers, development teams and Agile Coaches to fulfil customer needs and to follow the overall company QA strategy.
