About the role:

Creating communication and managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Independently creating high-quality, and engaging content (videos, photos, and graphics)

Monitoring social media trends and activities, recommending solutions

Preparing content topics and plans

Responding to comments on social media channels

Collaborating with company colleagues to gather necessary information for creating valuable content

Collaborating with management in the preparation of sales-presentations (graphical design, etc.)

Optimizing and positioning (verifying keywords/phrases, technical optimization, acquiring external links, setting internal links, etc.)

Analyzing and reporting on the conducted actions

Implementing internal PR actions, supporting with organizing various types of events for employees

What you need:

2+ years of experience in the marketing field

Positive energy, creativity and very good communication skills

Very good command of the English language

Experience in working independently in a marketing position, creating and implementing effective marketing actions

Very good organizational skills, conscientiousness, and creativity in action

Knowledge of online campaign, social media, and e-mail marketing principles

Knowledge of content composition and marketing graphics

Half-time or full-time availability

Nice to have:

Experience in the IT industry or in the promotion of technological products and services (infographics, technical articles, or whitepapers)

Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Ability to analyze the market and competition, which will allow for effective planning of marketing activities and their adaptation to customer needs

Experience in running advertising campaigns, especially in social media
